My works are made with people. Choirs, village communities, island residents, people who have moved to Finland, and children have given the works their voices, their breath and their stories.
The works have been listened to in art museums, at revivalist summer gatherings, in the archipelago and in libraries across Finland and beyond its borders. Between 2023 and 2026 they have been presented in more than ten towns and cities in Finland, as well as in Estonia and Portugal. I bring people together to listen, because a strength lives in us as a gathered people, and it wakes when we listen to it together.
